Hanseswari and Ananta Basudev Temple, Banshberia, Hooghly - 500 years of History of Banshberia Raj

 Throughout the history of West Bengal, the famous Bashberia Hansewari temple bears the history of one of the old dynasty in India. This dynasty built a magnificent temple along with architectural masterpiece which still stands just beside the shore of Ganga in the district of Hooghly, West Bengal. They have a history of over 500 years of Durga puja and famous religious and cultural rituals. You may not found this history in any history book of west Bengal but Today I am going take you through the history of this basberia raj – how they built this precious temple and they are still standing to say you the hello message from the history .

Bashberia Dynasty

This entire history started by the person “Debdutta” Who is a famous person form kannauj and use to practice Sanskrit in his time. On those days, the king of Bengal Adisur once invited him to stay in Bengal and to start practicing his Sanskrit literature. With the invitation from Adisur, Debdutta came in Bengal and started living here – At Patuli .  According to history, this guy is initiated the Basberia dynasty here.

The 10th person form Debdutta was Kobidutta who was greatly impressed the king Laxman sen and He gave Kobidutta the title “khan”. The son of Kobidutta was Iswar dutta who had two sons – keshav and Vishnu. Later this person Vishnu dutta settled in Dinazpur. So, the dynasty of Dinazpur is also a descendant of this basberia dynasty. The 5th generation form Debdutta was Joya Nanda. He got the title “Majumdar” form the great king Shah Jahan and also got Jaigir of many Parganas. This person Joya Nanada had 5 sons and the eldest son of Joya Nanda was Raghabendra or Raghab Majumdar according to the title. Since no other sons did not have any sons and died at very early age , Raghobendra became the owner of all the properties and wealth of the father Joya Nanada. In The year 1649 Raghobendra got the title as well as the designation of “Chowdhury” form the great king Shah Jahan. In the next year, he again got another title and designation “Majumdar” and got lakhraj of huge properties of 21 Parganas of Bengal (Arsa, Haldaha, Mamdanipur, Panjnaur, Boro, Shahapur, Jehanabad, Shaistanagorc, Shahanagore, Raipur Kotwali, Paonan, Khosalpore, Moiat, Bux- bunder, Havilishahar, Paikan, Mozzaferpore, Hathikanda, Selimpur, Amirabad and Janglipur.) of total 700 square miles of area. However, all of these pargans were belongs to the Saptagram Government in those days. So, to make easy administration of those aeras Raghab Majumdar built the Bansberia palace in the shore of Bhagirathi River (The north east side of Saptagram). Due to huge big bamboo forest and a great palace here, the name was bansabati and after that the name changed to Bansberia. However Raghabendra used to stay at Patuli and this home used as an administrative building so that he can run a transparent administration and ruler ship of the whole areas.  Ragobendra had three sons – they were Rameswar, Basudev and Mathuresh . Mathuresh died at very early age. After a few years of together ship, Rameswar and Basudev planned to stay separately so they separated their ancestor’s properties too. According to the wealth divide policy on those days Rameswar got 2/3 of whole properties and rest of the properties allotted to Basudev i.e. 1/3. After this deviation Rameswar came at Bashberia after leaving his home at Patuli and started living here.  Now Basudev had two sons and they were – Gangadhar and Monohar . They too devided and separated their property and Manohar started living in Sheoraphuli . However, Gangadhar don’t have any child and so all property again back to the grandson of Monahar( Name – Gangadhar)  and he went Bally (which is now a town in West Bengal near Howrah) . So the dynasty of Bali and Sheoraphuli is also the same dynasty of Bansberia.

Zamindar Rameswar Roy

The king and Zamindar Rameswar was a very expert guy. On those days some of zamindars used to pomp taxes of their landed properties but was getting illegal authority and access form those assets  . Mr. Rameswar caught them red handed and removed them from their property . When this great news reached the door of the king of Mr. Aurangzeb Alamgir – he became very happy for his good and great work, The king Alamgir gave him the title “Raja Mahasoy” . Not only this title, had he also given Rameswar the “pachparcha” (Which is actually a collection of five dresses and it was a thing of great respect on those days). Along with this Alamgir also gave ownership of more 401 bigha of land and 12 Pargans. This title and prizes was by genetically ownership of these Bashberia family and dynasty members.

No doubtly you can see and feel Rameswar was a great king on those days of Bengal. He was not only a king , he was a great ruler , powerful man and we will also see how ambitious and kind full person too. After the ownership of such a large assets he started to fulfill his own dreams. On those days Bengal and its people were much feared of “Bargis” – The so called Maratha soldiers . After achieving such an amount of land Rameswar planned to do something which could save the properties and assets of Family and administrative buildings of dynasty.   He digged cannel around the whole building and the king’s palace and also appointed military forces for their safety and security. Along with this he also built a fort and installed cannon . Over the time fort destroyed but the tower of the fort is still standing there.

Thus Rameswar saved the place and its people but his ambitions still remain. He started building a temple which is still standing today and the name is “Ananta Basudev Temple” , According to the text written on the walls of the temple we could know this was established in the year of 1679. The temple is still standing today and carrying the interests and passions of the King Rameswar that he was a fond of god, he was lover of god, his respect and karma towards people and god. His interests and knowledge  regarding Ramayana , Mahabharata , Kinnor-Kinnori , The battle of Kurukshetra , The puja and culture of old ancient days etc. This temple contains a Vishnu( However this statue is very new the old statue lost somewhere) statue and this is being worshipped daily. Since Patuli, King Rameswar was the 1st to start the traditional Durga Puja and Kali Puja at Basberia palace. This tradition and rituals is still maintained and obeyed today.

“That’s why the durga Puja of Basberia Temple is still considered as a one of the oldest Durga Puja of West Bengal. Every year over 1000 people far from distance come to see this temple and their family Durga puja.”

Ragu Deb Roy Mohasoy

Rameswar died leaving four sons and they were – Raghu Dev, Kama Dev, Mukunda Dev and Ramkrishna. Just after the death of Rameswar, all four sons divided all the properties and left Bansberia. According the asset and wealth divide policy on those days Raghu Dev got the 50% of total wealth of Rameswar and rest of the half distributed into other three brothers. Mukunda Dev started living in Sivpur and Ramkrisha went at Rajhat . Kamdev got premature death. Since Kamdev died, all the assets of Kamdev again went back to Ragu Dev and he stayed at Bansberia and started continuing his administration. He became the owner of Raja Mahasoy.

Raghu dev was a not only a great king, he was also a kind hearted, noble man. On his day Murshid Quli Khan was the president of Bengal. He was very strict king on those regarding collecting taxes form Zamindar. Ragu Dev cleared the debt of many zamindars of Bengal on those days. He started reforms all the toles as well. He also spent time and money to protect his man and his kingdom form Bargis.

However Ragudev Roy also got premature death. After his death His son Govinda Dev got the rank of king of Bansberia kingdom. He got the Thrown at very early age so, he don’t have very great idea and experience managing the royal affairs. However, he managed all the things and administration very efficiently.

Raja Nrisingha Deb Roy

The King Govinda Dev Roy died too very premature age. On that day, his widow wife, Queen (Rani) SatyaSundari was carrying his son in the womb. At this point the whole situation got very complicated and tough for the wife . All the hell busted upon the young widow queen of the dynasty of Bansberia. The family of king is now witnessing the cloud of sorrows. However, just after three months (In December, 1740) Rani SatyaSundari gave the birth of the next ruler – The king Nrisingha Dev Roy. With his birth all happiness of life just arrived to the royal family again.

It is always said that happiness never lasts long and the same thing happened with the royal family. There was a rule on those days that, if a king died in a condition when he has no children then all of his properties will be snatched, forwarded and distributed to the other kings. The same thing happened with this royal family. When the news of the death of the king Govnda Dev Roy reached to the President and Nawab Alivardi khan, he immediately authorized other parties to take away the Govindadev’s properties and lands –

The king Chitrasena of Bardwan took ownership of whole Arsha parganas.

The King of Nadia Maharaja Krishna Chandra also took the Halda Parganas(Which is now in  Bangladesh) . 

Thus, over 80% of properties are taken away by various rulers of Bengal on those days and the queen lost of all of its wealth. Only rest of the 20% of properties still in hands of her. In this tough time of Rani SatyaSundari, the proud and glory almost collapsed and it started getting very hard to continue such a big administration and with such a human resources. So, most of the forces and kingmen left the palace. The palace remains with sorrow of losses.

However, within the dark days, the next would be king and ruler is now busy in study and leaning. The boy Nrisingha started learning the whole Vedic, science and literature, Ramayana, Mahabrarata and all. After completing his study when he is became capable to manage the royal affairs, he started concentrating to recover his old assets and properties. After the massacre of 1770 warren Hastings became the Governor General of West Bengal and started his administration here. King Nrisingha Dev got a chance to recover all his lost properties as well. He immediately went to the door of Hastings and told him all the things regarding the lost empire. Soon, Hastings told the department for a quick look and detail investigation. Though Hastings morally supported and also wanted to give Nrisingha his lost empire but his hands were tied and he was not so powerful. After a long try Hastings was successful to get him back all the land which belongs to 24 Parganas. According to the statistics it was 9 out of 21 Parganas get recovered from old empire.

After recovering the lost empires, Nrisingha dev started more study and research on Vedic things specially Tantra. He started practicing tantra and wants to go to the deep root of it. Later we will see the study and hard work on tantra put an effect on building this Hanseswari temple. No matter how happy the life of the king at this stage his family was not happy at all because king did not have any children after two decades of marriage. This is mainly due to the yogi mentality of the king. However, the 2nd theory suggests that the 1st wife of Nrisingha Dev Roy was unable to Concieve and that’s why the Queen Satya Sundari decided to give him a 2nd marriage.

2nd marriage, Queen Shankari and Soyangbhova

Queen Shankari was the 3rd child of very average man Bhogirath Singha , who used to live in Midnapore( The present address is Gopal Nagar , Mandal Ghat Pargana , District – Midnapore , 30 min distance form Kolaghat railway station , West Bengal) . On those days mostly the laws of Purana and other ancient rishis views towards Hinduism was considered as a law of Hindu family as well as Bengali society. So, in order to reproduction purposes the mother decided to give her 2nd marriage. After getting approval from all family members including the 1st wife the mother arranged marriage with the girl Shankari. 12 years old Shankari became the queen of the royal family. Some day in the November in the year 1785 the king Nirsingha dev Roy got marriage form the 2nd time with a big party.

Shankari started getting his early education on literature, mathematics and scripts and the husband Nrisingha started to fulfill another of his dream i.e. a temple named “soyangbhova” . Sometime in the year of 1788, the work for this temple gets completed and the king established it with a small party. Unfortunately, this temple collapsed due to lack of care, supervision and on time maintenance. 

In the year of 1788, when Lord Cornwallis came in west Bengal and appointed as a General Governor, the king again got a chance to gain access to old assets once again. However, Lord Cornwallis had very limited power and authority over the transfer and regain of his lost land. Depending on the situation on those days King Nrisingha dev did not move anymore and left the idea of getting back lands form occupation. Back in home, Queen Satya Sundari became very sick and the queen Shankari is trying pregnant with the child of King Nrisingha Deb Roy. After a long wait the Queen Satya Sundari took its last breath leaving two wives and son.

Practicing Tantra

Just after mother left the earth the king too wanted to leave this materialistic world. At this point Nrisinghadeb realized that his pending karma and work are done and now it is the time to think for Mokhsa. With this dream the king went kasi( Which is now Baranasi) . November, in the year of 1791 Nrisingha Dev started his journey for Kasi after giving all the details and authorizing duties to his wife and queen Sakari. At kasi Nrisingha practiced, learned, studied and gathered huge knowledge on tantra and its process. However, this was not the 1st time journey to Kasi of the king; he went kasi several times before this.

At kasi, Nirsinghadeb get fame not only as a tantric, he too got fame as a tantric guru as well. People form far distance states from all over the India and aboard started coming to him. With the help of Joy Narayan Ghosal( who was the family  member of Bhukoilash Royal Family in Khidirpur, Kolkata ) Nrisingha translated “Kasi Khanda” . In 1794, when Kasi Khanda published in a Bengali version, Nrisingha Dev became a famous man. One by one more books also written by Nrisingha dev. Thus the tantric days were going extremely well for Nrisingha Dev in Kasi. It is reported that NrisinghaDeb saw adyashakti Kali in a dream and also received the instructions to build a temple of Maa Kali at home. After this dream he soon left Kasi and back to home on 1799.

Project Hanseswari temple / End of Nrisingha Era

Back form kasi ,  Nrisingha wanted to fulfill his dream to build the temple for Maa Kali. So, started his painting, designer’s architects, measurements, bringing stones etc form around to start his project Hanseswari. In the year of 1801, the labours, mechanics, architects, painters etc started their work. In behind, the king also started teaching his 2nd wife and queen Shankari regarding future plans, strategies and roadmaps of their family. Since Queen Shankari too failed to get pregnant with Nrisingha Deb roy they decided to adopt a child. So, after a long thinking Nrisingha Deb adopted one of his Nephews and named him Koilashdev (Original Name was “Ramratan”. He was grandson of Ramkrishna and Ramkrishna was son of Rameswar, which we have written before).

However, the god has some other things in mind. While the work of construction of the Hanseswari was going on at full phase, the great king Nrisingha Dev took his last breath. He was not alone in his journey of death; he took the 1st wife too. They died leaving only two men for their kingdom – Koilash dev and Shankari. The era Nrisingha comes to an end. We probably could not describe Nrisingh Dev any more. He was more than judgment. He was actually above judgment. We have seen him as a writer, a translator, a monk, a family man, a king, and a diplomat, a lover of two women and an world icon. We have seen him as a great yogi and tantric.  We have seen how he recovered the lost lands of past generations; we have seen how he maintained the culture and traditions of the royal family.  We have seen him how to fulfill the dreams of a mother. The main part of sorrow is that he could not fulfill his dream but he send the message of Hanseswari to the queen and allotted this duty to queen Shankari.

Queen Shankari

Just after sending the last good buy message to husband, Shankari concentrates to complete the uncompleted agenda of his husband along with maintaining all traditions, pujas , rituals of the royal family. All these were no easy job for this two people (It is one and only Queen actually and another one is too small to help i.e. Koilash dev). But maintaining these entire things queen never felt tired. She took about a decade and ultimately completed the whole temple with a smile. Queen decided to set year 1814, the bath day as a celebration day for his Hanswari Temple and the establishment of the adyashakti goddess. On the stone of this temple today it is clearly written the date and the mark of her husband in a Sanskrit Sloka –

“This temple is the home of fourteen Sivas in the as fourteen mokhsa doors. It is established by King Nrisingha Dev Roy and his wife queen carried out the instructions to complete the great Hanseswari.”

One started and the other one completed, one initiated and the next ended. Thus the glory of the royal family of bansberia once again took its own greatness form of the past. We have seen Nrisingha dev to see a dream we are now looking at his wife who is fulfilling this dream. Like many other great works Hanseswari Temple seeds its mark on the shore of Ganga. People throughout the country had come here to see the great work, this jewel of the architecture. Some of them are - Ramakrishna Paramahamsa Dev, Swami Vivekananda (As a Narendranath dutta), Swami Sivananda , Bijoykrishna Goswami etc. It also reported that Rabindra nath Tegore came here once and impressed with the temple and sent instructions to copy all the wall paintings and architectures to the great artist Nanda Lal Basu . Mr. Nanda lal came here to obey the Biswakabi's order along with the late Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.

Apart than the Hanseswari project, queen Shankari had lot of other duties. Immediately after completing the temple queen was in a rush to get Koilashdev married with the girl named “Tara”. We have seen so far everything were going right except the person Koilashdev . Just after getting married, koilashdev did not understand the Royel system to manage affairs, assets, lands, properties. He started an extravagant lifestyle. Brainwashed by some corrupted British friends Koilash failed to understand own mother and reached at court against her mother, who brought him up. Unfortunately, the judgment went against queen Shankari. But the queen did not give up hope and she filed cases in upper court however, things went more complicated. At this point, due to some well wishers , luckily everything got settled and somehow the queen got some relief. Koilash Dev got the shares of his assets but due to some lavish lifestyle, again all assets got back to the Queen and for the Hanswari. One day koilash Dev finished selling all of his properties for his costly lifestyle and reached the door of mother once again.

The end

If we study the history in detail, we will see Queen Shankari was clearly responsible somewhere for all this tragedy and conditions of son Koilasdeva and what he is today. However, she was always a strong woman. She was always a person who believes in work and action. Queen Shankari once completed the dreams of her in-law mother and then for husband and then son and now for grandson Devendra. Queen Shankari easily spotted the difference between the son and grandson. She spotted a similarity with husband Nrisingha Dev Roy and extreme difference with Son Koilashdev – though both were not actually legitimate son of Nrisingha Dev. With Debendra Dev, queen Shankari once again wanted to transfer her ideology of this royal family. The goals and strategies of how to manage the ruler ship and zamindar affairs. Wherever the queen goes she takes him, teaches him, tell him the story of ancestors. She always ready to give her the royal love and royal touch as well. And fortunately Debendra Dev was very fond of Ranima Shankari too. Debadra Dev was not just a ruler he was famous for his wishdom , knowledge and great work too. He had a very attractive personality as well. Maharshi Debendranath Tagore was a great friend of him as well. Debendra Dev was very good friend of many British people and they used to come here as well. His knowledge and wisdom spread his name throughout the country. He was very high qualified and have capability. So, we can say he was the perfect ruler and king of this Banshberia royel family. 

So far we have seen all the work of Rani Shankari . We have seen her as a dream fulfiller of her husband and then in a role of mother for his son and grandson. We have seen her great responsible woman for her family as well. We have seen to say last good bye to Koilash Dev and now it is the time to say Good Bye to Debendra Dev as well. It was April month in the year of 1852, Debendra Dev died leaving three sons – Purnendra , Surendra and Bhupendra.

However, together mother and grandson completed all their pending work for family including the marriage of all daughters of present and past generations. We probably never saw such a kindful and great worker like Queen Shankari in the History of Bansberia Dynasty. 

The Journey did not end here, after saying the good bye message to grandson Debendra Dev ranima did some reform work for the Hanseswari temple for the sake of the future. She protected the temple with a big wall and trees, flowers and more and made this Hanseswari temple a more than a heaven. In the same year, 1852 in October month just before Dipanwita kali puja the great Queen and Ranima “Shankari” took her last breath on this earth at the age of 80. Before leaving this earth, Queen Shankari distributed his wealth among all the family members.

Today, the two temple Hanseswari temple and Ananta Bausdev Temple today is still standing in Basberia, Hooghly district in the state of west Bengal and carrying the memory of all family members. There royal family is no more royal but they are still living there. The old home, forts almost all destroyed. The Archaeological Survey of India today is taking care of this temple today. The story of this Hanseswari temple is now printed in a book and is being sold near the temple. If you want to know the history you can buy this book and you will know the story. Like I said before, the temple is completely made form the idea of tantra which was provided by the King Nrisingha Dev Roy. The shatchakra theory is perfectly implemented in the Temple. The way kula kundalini works is here now. May be in some another blog I will explain the kula kundalini theory behind the bansberia temple. There are 13 towers in the temple. The temple is 70 feet in height that is almost like a 5-6 story building. The temple construction timeline was in between 1801 to 1814. The god is maa kali here and she is complete made out of Neem wood (which was brought by King Nrisingha Dev form Kasi) and Blue color.

The temple today is a famous place for sightseeing form Kolkata. There are more than 300 years of Durga puja is still worshiped ever year. Most of the royal family members left this place but some are still here to stay the story of their glorious past. 

What are the advantages of demonetisation in future?

I have written many essays, blogs, comments, postings and many articles on demonetisation before. I am just not sure what the effect of demonetisation will be in the future because the last demonetisation happened couple of decades ago, in the era of Indira Gandhi. The time, situation, economy, and environment everything has changed since then. That’s why we could only guess what the future effect of demonetisation will be. We have seen many demonetisations in recent times (in 1991 in Russia etc) but in case of India the situation is also different. We cannot compare the effect of demonetisation with these countries. Since, November when demonetisation announced (Note ban of 500 and 1000 rupee notes) we have seen tons of changes in Indian economy. We have seen the changes of RBI’s terms and policies in last three months extremely frequently.

Initially, I supported demonetisation, because the black money which was kept secretly in the house started coming out. This started happening couple of weeks. I saw the real estate brokers and sellers, hawala marketers are nicely effected the demonetisation move because most of the transactions are happened through paper cash. Not only this, all the paper cash business to avoid banking transactions have been effected badly and they started accessing bank accounts. They immediately started use of debit cards, credit cards, payee checks etc for business. So, govt. now can track the money flow. This all was very good. I really liked them initially.

However, my question is how would you will track those who are transferring their black money into land or gold or any other form of fixed asset? Let’s see an example - I have earned 1 lakh each day and this ultimately I earn more than 3.5 core rupees each year. Then I purchased 3.5 cores worth land. Virtually I dont have any black money. Actually I have transferred the money to another form of asset. How you will track me? You can track me but how you will target me through demonetisation? The note ban actually could track only paper money that is current asset. If someone have black money in form of asset like land or gold, note ban is not going track him anyway. This way note ban actually could only track 5–10 % of black money throughout the country.

I cannot deny that middle class people were harassed, some hundreds of people died due to note ban. I just did not care because I thought that loss of 1 will be gain of 100. After all, at a point in January, 2017 it seems to like note ban a complete failure and no successful any way. There will some obvious future gains. They will be following –

Inflation is now extremely low.

1. Real estate, hawala and some more market who used to deal whole transactions through paper cash have been effected. The real estate priced dropped and now within the limit where middle class could effort easily.
2. Fake currency zero, this will also decrease the effect inflation.
3. Cashless economy is now boon. More cashless transaction means govt. could now track more.

Etc and there could some more benefits probably I don’t know.

At last, the rich 1% of Indian has 60% of country’s wealth. If govt. truly want to work for poor. If govt. truly helpful for poor, if govt. truly want to remove the wealth imbalance/ economic imbalance in the country, govt. will take more steps in order to counter this.

Misuse of 498A? – Things to do before your wife

498A. Husband or relative of husband of a woman subjecting her to cruelty.—Whoever, being the husband or the relative of the husband of a woman, subjects such woman to cruelty shall be punished with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three years and shall also be liable to fine. Explanation.—For the purpose of this section, “cruelty” means—

1. Any willful conduct which is of such a nature as is likely to drive the woman to commit suicide or to cause grave injury or danger to life, limb or health (whether mental or physical) of the woman; or
2. Harassment of the woman where such harassment is with a view to coercing her or any person related to her to meet any unlawful demand for any property or valuable security or is on account of failure by her or any person related to her to meet such demand.

That is said by India Kanoon in the Internet. But ….

What will happen if you did not commit such activity however wife filed 498A?

Almost all laws in India are being misused daily and this 498A case is no different. This is a case which is damaging (and also damaged in the past since the law initiated) the lives of innocents husbands. Each day over thousands of new 498A cases filed in India and a big number of them are just hoax. Wives are using this Indian penal code (IPC) to counter he in-laws family. This is a tool to punish not only the husband but also the whole in-law family that may include hundred of members and surprisingly you know the family does not mean just husband and wife. They could mean your senior citizen, they could be your non adult kid (Below age 13), and they could be your handicap family member too. They could be family members who are living abroad. Since past 2- 4 years 498A IPC is taking heavy turn. 498A is now a trap for the in-law family. It is now used by the wives to brazen the whole in-law family. No matter the husband committed any crime or not, no matter what the wife did the husband or not once 498A filed by wife you would have no other way except to go jail. This was all due the immediate arrest system in 498A without investigation. It’s just like wife gone to police and “file a complaint” and you and your family member is on the way to jail.

THE REASON / UGLY SIDE - Since in June 2017, Supreme Court of India passed the rule of no immediate arrest of 498A cases. However, till when I am writing this article it is reported that over thousands of new cases still being filed by wives just to harass in-law family.  You may ask why wives are always looking for 498A IPC all the time.

This is here requiring a good attention. Most of time it is found that 498A cases are fake. They are just to harsh the in-law family. Most of the time this IPC is filed because wife did not get just special “care” form in-law family and they go to police station and file the case with lot of lies. Before June announcement police could arrest the husband against just a word of wife. In Delhi and throughout the country it has seen that about 64% of 498A cases are fake and false. The charges filed for extremely minor and negligible offence. In every family there could be a possibility of mismatch of thinking and doing quarrelsome between husband and wife. Just because husband does not listen to wife could result a 498A and arrest of members. Like I said members means all members. And this is the clearly ugly side of this law. When someone who is not relevant and no way is related to this incident or living far away from wife (Who filed 498A) and husband could also face criminal charges of 498A. I have seen so many cases, where it is clear that those persons should not be named in 498A because of following reasons – 

1. Wife filed against husband and brother and the wife of brother who lives in different country (Dubai) and never stayed a single night with the wife in India.
2. Wife filed against a handicapped brother( who cannot talk and cannot walk either) 

Now you see how those innocents persons get involved with the ugly side of this law. I think these were the main reason why Supreme Court changed its status in June. 

JUST AFTER MARRIAGE – There will be signs when you are going to face a 498 by your wife in near future. The likely signs are following - 

• Just after marriage you are following that wife is neglecting you. She may be neglecting you to do sexual intercourses. Yes, in case it may happen she may have some physical problems and sickness. If she is happy and no sick she will never decline her spouse for intercourses especially in honeymoon time. This wife may be too much busy with talking someone in phone. Sharing photos, videos etc. too much busy in face book during private time of husband and wife conversation – All these are the signs of some extra material affairs/ relationships of wife.  Most of the time such characterless girls do marry innocent boys for monetary benefits and once they got this they will leave in-laws home. So, make sure she doesn’t have any such affairs. You need to know the legal side of these extra material affairs of woman in India too. Our law cannot punish when a woman/ wife is engaging in extra material affairs but law can punish a husband if he have extra material affairs. So, this is worthless to fight directly with your wife on her extra material affairs. Statistics proved that extra material affairs of wives is a major reason of 498A cases. Especially when husband don’t want to give her divorce or alumni so she files 498A to claim a divorce forcefully and claim maintenance(one time or life time) . At this point you need to collect as much evidence you can. Collect their call recordings , Voices messages , text messages , face book conversations , whatsapp or other messages or any other evidence so that you could prove in her affairs. Most of the time these cases are not acceptable to the court but you will be able to show to the world that your wife was with extra material affairs. 
• Wife is getting angry over petty things and mistakes of you. In India, sometimes minor crimes have good punishment and good crimes sometimes ordered with minor punishments. Wife tries to threat you of big punishments for your silly mistakes and silly behavior and little misunderstandings with you. If such thing happens with you almost regularly and your wife may take this chance to leave the home to file complaint.
• Marriage happened against her will. This also happens in strict Indian culture and social system as well as Hindu families. Make sure that your in-laws are not forcing her to get marriage. Only this case you might get your own family as well as in-laws support if they are moral and honest. Though in India today more woman are being educated or getting educated and entering jobs sector  - so it is not that they are not matured. So, this case could happen only with low matured woman and in village areas and extremely strict family where woman cannot act against their family.
• Wife frequently giving threatening to you to punish with 498A or police cases. 

These were the above reason happens most of time when wife falsely filed 498A. In most of cases the real reason behind these false 498A cases are – monetary benefits, extra material affairs or anyway wife just want to leave your home but could not do that simply. You need to be careful if above situations or situations like above things started happening in your Family.  Watch her steps and collect as much as evidence that you can which could prove that this 498A against you and your family are willingly filed by your wife just for harassment or monetary benefits.

If you see any such above things started happening, you need to send an application (as a written document writing the whole facts against your wife) to your local police station immediately. Police should take your application as a general diary. If polices refuses to accept your application do it speed post or latter with A/D form your local post office. That is your opportunity to write all – write the whole facts along with the aggressive and abusive behavior of your wife, the 498A threatening coming from your wife to you. This is a very important document will help you to get bail at the time of arrest in future. May be your wife got change after a few year or months but still that document will help you to stay in the race before your wife files a 498A. Make sure you correctly have your copy of your general diary and its number. Make sure you safely kept a copy of that diary. Send such application letter to human rights, and woman commission as well and save the copy to you. With these copies polices will still be able to arrest you but you can show all them in court before your wife so that you could clear your chances to win a case.

Once your wife left home for unknown reason or mysterious way, you doubt your wife could file a case. 1st of all you will need to file a case under section 9 , Hindu marriage act just to prove yourself as a innocent and you still want to enjoy a marriage life with your wife. This will send 498 a step backward and your wife should again come back to you. However, court can only council your wife and advise for better marriage life but cannot force her. This will get you an upper hand with your wife. This step also has some other advantages. After this 498A, wife will file for maintenance and this is a big deal in our Indian society. You will end up giving your own hard earn money and wealth to your wife where your wife don’t have a single help or effort. This is really frustrating situation.  

WHAT TO DO AT THE ARREST MOMENT – After 2017 and onwards, hence Supreme Court change the 498 strategy on immediate arrest.  The police also made their job super easy. You need to do following things in order to prevent arrest. 

1. Most of the time in India, police will come to your home and they will do some questions in the name of investigations to the neighbors and upon their feedback they will arrest you (After July announcement).  If you are living in flat system housing, this job is even easier due to the fact that all other families are living very closely with you. So, try to maintain a good relationship with the neighbors. If their feedback is correct, good or thumbs up to you then you might get a relief. But this does not grantee in everywhere in India. In many places in India police are way cruel, brutal and harash. It has been reported that their actions sometimes took life of people like old citizens etc.  So, do not try to block them or do not try to resist arrest. If you can resist arrest just by polite talks then it is good otherwise let it go.
2. Most of the time it has seen than police arrest all expects one. Most of the time that “one” person is adult or a person who is earning member and capable of dealing with the police. Police always want not to do arrest that person so that they start dealing with that person and that person will also be able to deal the police. However, what is the deal? That deal is money. Yes, police knows very well that you are not a criminal and that’s why asking money so that he can give you a clean paper. Make sure one police arrest you there are no way police can release you or loosen your case other than court. You have right to see for what purposes police is going to arrest you and police will prepare you for court within 24 hours( The next day).
3. When police came to arrest you the best way to fight will be just to call your lawyer( In the case, you need to get yourself prepare with a lawyer at the moment wife left home with a sign or a source of threaten of 498A ) and let him that police is arresting you. Rest of the work the lawyer will do.
4. Collect the copies sent to – local police station, commission rate, general diary of local police station (with its numbers) and all these will stand for proof of wife’s false allegations. These will also help you to prove your innocence and your wife’s threatening behavior. 
5. To solve all your problems the lawyer will be the best person to solve or legal side. However, often this lawyer plays some tricky game. When it is a person vs. person cases the two lawyers starts lingering the case to pick money from both side and in both ways. Make sure that wife is not getting any monetary benefits from you and make sure wife could not drop any false allegations against you.

Why are so many engineers unemployed in India?

India is a 3rd world country all we know. It got independence in 1947. But, again think - what about china? The country just behind our last bench got independent in 1949(2 years after than us). Now, at 2017 the GDP of India is close to 2 trillion dollar and china is just 9-10 trillion dollars. You will say lots of bla bla ... But you cannot deny this numbers. The china has got something which India doesn't. China though far more advance when India was sleeping and fighting within the country. The Chinese took the chance. Not just took the chance they did a good use of the chance and what is that?

The Rise of china - After World War 2, it became a competition who will lead the 20th century and onwards? Europe, America or Russia? East or west? The American dream was not to rule actually, their dream to get rich and that's why they needed to sell their products to the market and rest of the world and the opportunity where they can sell and earn money. So, they started innovation and innovation. They started pushing countries to open their market. But to sell products they also needed to manufacture. They needed to make their products. They needed cheap sources of manufacturing the things. They needed sources where people will produce and produce and we will sell it. Yes lots of profit is there. Technology was their but technology was not so advance that they could produce robots and get their job done. And then they have less population. The china used this advantage. They open their market not just selling but also for manufacturing. The country with 1.5 billion populations at that time is just hungry for jobs. The poverty is filled with the country. So, one need to sell food and one is so hungry to eat. The china needed west and vice versa. The china starts creating environment for mass manufacturing. The west sees china is a card and they played it. I can remember a quote which is read somewhere in Internet where Mao said "By 2049 every single Chinese will be a rich man" and china is almost in that way. I do believe china will not take 2050 but china will do it within 2030 and the country of 1.25 billion rich people there. The west started producing products in china and gradually started selling whole west, eastern, western parts of the world. This mass fracturing not only increased throughout the country, it also helped the country to get the idea of technology and business. The Chinese govt. was to remove poverty of 500 million people for this mass manufacturing business. They both got profit and as a result of which in 2017 china became a country of 10 trillion dollar economy, 5 times more than India.

Indian issues - India, which is riddled with its own policies, cannot just decide what is best for him. It too had poverty but could not decide how to remove it. India had note ban, emergencies for many times. Still the country remains far behind development. That is probably because of bad economic policies and every law in India is rigid. There is corruption in every angle of govt. as well. The Indians were busy in fighting themselves only just one word "what to do"? And, you know good times are not always available. In 1991, India just opened its market and private agencies. This is the 1st time India did something with its economy. If anyone, knows the whole thing you will say it looks like India did its independence in 1991 not in 1947. Moreover, a country with a billion people cannot change overnight. It takes time. The rapid industrial revolution started after 1 decade, since the 2000. Still in 21st century, no matter how much advance India is, it is still filled with rigid laws.

Our progress - Since the starting of 21st century, India's Chinese revolutions started. However, it just like the food is about to end still hungry guys in line. The world already filled with cheap Chinese products. The Chinese steel is all over the world. So many things china produces compared to the rest of the world. The china consumes coal compared to the rest of the world, china produces steel compared to the rest of the world and many more. So, everywhere is china. Without china east, west, north, south is blind.  So, how India will create its own space? The world is not just ready to cope with china. There is no space for India to become china. While I was on train to go to daily job at Kolkata, one of my friends argued with me daily. He said many things daily; one of these topics on china is following -

“I know china is dumping the India market, but does Indians have alternatives to Chinese products?”

The Chinese’s are not only selling products in India, they too make many products in India. Many Chinese Smartphone companies are today is being assembled in India, don't you think that Chinese are creating jobs too? There are lots of Chinese investment is going happen in India, don't you this is also important?

The Indian govt. also earns huge revenue just by imposing duty to the products sold in India.
Don't know, but to me all these questions don't have any answer to  me. It is hard to explain such things as well. How is the benefit when a product sold in India is produced by Indian company and made in India vs a Chinese company just producing and selling in India? No matter how much Chinese helps in any way, if we could make each and every product sold in India to be make in India it will benefit. All knows why?

When you put the things simply, it is not possible to make them understand that products sold in India should be 100% made in India and that is 1st step towards a growing economy. Now, there is the discussion for topic of the article starts. We produce over 1.5 millions engineers each year compared to 1 lakh engineers in USA and still don't have space for them. They are still unemployable. I am here putting all the reasons here so that one could understand why Indian engineers are unemployed able -

1. China - The china issue I just discussed before. The world already has a china form where cheap labor is still available and the world is not ready create china. - explained that before. So, No room for made in India.
2. Technology - Technology is moving faster than us. 20th centaury was just technology but in 21st centaury not just developing the technology you also need technology in each and every step. We can divide the technology requirement in following ways -
3. Automation is everywhere - Not just producing goods, you also need to produce well without human resources. You know what? Yes, it is. You need to produce goods with machines because machines cannot be-tray human cannot. Human resources could strike but machines could not. Human need increment in salary but machines don't. So, make sure machines can produce your products. Also, machines could do 24 X 7 works but human cannot. Machines could replace 20 people work for 1 machines and that's why today manufacturing units don't just need human resources. They just need machines to develop machines.
4. An innovation drive the technology - Yes, Innovation in technology sector is the primary requirement today's technology. We need to innovate products each year. Apple, Samsung is producing new versions of smart phones and that increases the sales. Wow... this year a new phone from apple - let's buy it now. If there is no new phone, why buy?
5. Quality and quantity both required - 20th centaury was just for develop quality products. Which approach created by America and got success. But in 21st not just quality products, you also needs to produce that products mass quantity. Which strategy is started taking shape in china? Today, in 21st century, china is not just trying develop quality products it also wants to produce for the 7 billion people on the earth. The more it produces there would be less money for it. It would be cheap. It would be high quality as well as cheap. This here china has used its 1.3 billion populations to develop high quality as well mass production. India lacks the environment for mass production as well as quality production.
6. Robotics is the future - It is noted by scientists that by 2050, 79% of jobs done by human beings will be done by robots. Mostly human jobs will be to control the robots. So, baby born in 2017 will face lot of problems after 40 years of age. He or she may remain jobless after having lot of degrees.
7. Engineering colleges are just business - yes, it is Engineering colleges are just businesses. They are not here to make engineers who will build futures planes, buildings, bridges etc. They are just here to make money. They are just talking millions and  billions of rupees loan from banks and make colleges. In west Bengal, there are lots of engineering colleges (I don't want to name) those don't have any kind of infrastructure - just a few rooms with chairs and tables and a computer levorotary and then nothing. No practical room for other engineering students likes - mechanical engineering, chemical etc. However, they promise a lot. We guarantee your job; we created highest quality of infrastructure, library and lots of such. In fact they are not yet affiliated form govt. They just don't care whether the student can learn engineering or not they are just waiting to make money. Somewhere engineering's college's takes lakhs of money from the student coming from very middle class student in the name of donation.
8. Students are studying eng. To just become engineer. Not for Industry - yes, Students are studying engineering just be become an engineer. Yes, it is a course for intelligent students, lots of money sends (so, his parents got a chance to show money). They want to be proud about themselves that I am an engineer and that's all. They have extremely poor quality of education and training system (because you colleges main are to make money not to make engineers).
9. Make in India but no make for India - Our Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi Lunched "Make in India" campaign. Was that really significant? I don't think so. Just after Modi announced make in India campaign, following next month. Russian president Putin came in India and announces the deal of buying s400 missile system for Indian army. Is that an example of Make in India? India buying talgo train coaches from Australia, is that an example of India? USA is going to sell predator drones? Is that an example of make in India? Of course not. The country which produces 1.5 million engineers each year is buying 80% its weapons from Russia, USA, and France - that is not making in India. But it is not that we cannot build our own trains, tanks, guns and light combat aircrafts - of course we can do. There are already. DRDO have developed LCA named tejas, missile named barak, akash etc, arjun tanks and more. Why Indian army cannot use them? Simple because of quality and does not meet army demands. I wish it could be better if we could make for India rather than make in India. At least those products will be sold in India would be made in India with this rule.

Now you understand why India cannot employee its own engineers? Obviously, there are problems in govt. side, public side and business man side. Many people say the problems are with the quality of education and training the engineers are getting, many say there are engineers but no jobs. I say the problem is everywhere. Education cannot be bought by money. It requires long journey and hard work to get successful. Also, requires govt. support. We all need to seat in front of table need to analyze all the dos and don'ts and that would be the only way to solve all the issues.

I think (and I am sure) India one day will meet its good use of engineers.

Can PM Modi turn India into a superpower before the end of his term?

Could Modi turn India into a superpower before the end of his term? Well, little more than 1 year are left and people around the internet are asking such questions to me , lets analyze what he can do.

Have you ever seen any train reached to 100 km per hour speed just after it started the journey? Have you ever seen the payload started working just after the rocket fired form land?

Have you ever seen any plane started flying just after its engine starts?

The answer of all these questions is a big NO……

You know all these things just take time. A woman could not deliver a baby by just getting pregnant nine woman – some things really takes time.

The fact that Modi is not India – India means the country of 1.25 billion people. The Modi could be blamed from each and every single fault – There 20-30 million govt. employee those who are running the govt. too – don’t you think they could be blamed too? For each and every fault blaming Modi is also a bad news. A boy failed in exam that is due to Modi. My mother died because I am unable to take him Hospital – that is also due to Modi. Because I could not get him to hospital in time. There was no car. My father missed his flight in Delhi and that is due to him. My friends are not getting any job after several failures those are also due to Modi. The party lost his election is due to him, why is that ? – How embarrassing is that?

What about the past prime ministers, why they are not blamed for all scams? This is an interesting question you know. Since Independence India faced lots of corruptions like – 2G scam , sat yam scam , commonwealth games scams , chopper scam , coal scam , food scam in Uttar Pradesh , sharada chit fund scam , several other ponzi scheme scam and more . Do you know till 2017, how much all this scams worth? – 1 trillion dollar – well then! Did you see anyone falling tears for all these lost? I saw no one. Everyone is just taking a big deal with Modi – why India is not being a superpower?

So, in just what could be possible for a man? Afterall Narendra Modi is not superman – he is just a human being like us. We all have to see all these form this aspect of view. We have to see the review of his 5 years of job. We need to see level of corruption etc. From that point of view India will be superpower in 2019 – laughing I am sure? Yes, It is. India could be called superpower in 2019 compared to what it was in previous years. The level of corruption is also down. Since he got chair in 2014, no corruption touched him. But someone may call hey –the son of that minster molested a woman and blab la blab …Well Modi did not tell her to go for a lady and misbehave with her. There are laws lets punish according to her. Crime his everywhere – In a superpower country like United States the crime rates is way higher than India and that’s laws are there.

Well, after all India is a democracy and what democracy means? It says – democracy of the people, by the people and for the people. The govt. will come and go. Yesterday there was Manmohan Singh, today there is Narendra Modi tomorrow there will be someone else – This way democracy runs a country. No prime minister is bad and no prime minister is good. We are bound by law. We need to where we can get proper judgment of law.

With all these democratic features, India could a superpower one day.

The untold story of the dynasty of Krishnagar Empire in West Bengal, India

India is the country of the home of history. So many kings, so many queens, so many dynasties, so many languages, so many people, so many eras, so many empire and so many other things that you will be tired if you start knowing them one by one. Today I am going to tell you the story of krishnagar, which is situated in Nadia district in West Bengal, India. The Krishnagar was once the capital of Bengal and lots of kings walked into it. After lots of study and researches I just found actually history of krishnagar. I am going to tell this to you.

During the rule of Mughal king Akbar (i.e. year 1556 to 1605), the king andulia of Nadia, named King Kashinath Roy caught and killed in war. His widow (as well as pregnant) wife escaped and took shelter in the home of Harekrishna Samaddar. King Harekrishna was actually a landlord of Bogoan. He did not have any sons or daughters. Harekrishna accepted the wife of murdered king of Andulia and gave her shelter. The woman gave birth a baby in Harekrishna’s house. The king kept his name Ramchandra Samaddar. The baby started growing up in to king’s house .The boy started schooling, reading books, playing games and also completed grow up in the king’s house. The king Harekrishna also gave all his property to the boy (Ramchandra). Later Ramchandra also get married and also gave birth to a boy, whose name was Mansingha. Mansingha have a friend called Bhabananda. Bhabananda co-operated with Mansingha and created Nadia Dynasty. Not only Mansingha , there were also other songs of Mansingha . They are follows – Jagadish, Hariballav and Subudhi. They also got the shares of property of Mansingha . According to the sources bhabananda was the Sandillo Gotra( In Bengali hindu subrelegions)  and he was the 20th generation of bhattanarayan . Bhabananda became the Nadiaraj during the rule of Jahangir in the year 1606 . And eventually, this was he created the nadia dynasty. It is also noted that the actual name of king bhabananda was actually king Durgadas samaddar . When he got the thrown of Nadia he changed / or may be got the name Bhabananda Majumdar . Later these Nadiaraj people took the surname “Roy” . Bhabananda created the capital of Nadiaraj in Matiyari under Krishnagang police station. 

Here are the dynasty of krishnagar’s empire –

1. Kashinath Roy got a son and named in Ramchandra Samaddar.
2. Mansingha( Son of Ramchandra Samaddar ) and Bhabananda(old name Durgadas samaddar) created the Nadia Rajbangso .
3. Ram Chandra had some other sons and they are – Jagadish, Hariballabh and Subudhi.
4. Nadiaraj Gopala , the son of Bhabananda ruled in the time between the year 1628 – 1632.
5. Raghav Roy , the son of nadiaraj Gopala ruled in the time between the year 1632- 1683 .
6. Rudra Roy , The son of Raghav Roy ruled in the time between the year 1683 – 1694 .
7.  Ramchandra and Ramkrishna becaome of the king of Nadia for some time.
8. Ramjibon , another son of Rudra Roy became the king of Nadia .
9. Ragurama , the son of Ramjibon beame the king of Nadia and ruled between the year 1715 to 1728 .
10. Krishna Chandra Roy , the king of Nadia was the son of Ragurama ruled between the year 1728 – 1782 and he was one of great the king of Nadia raj dynasty.
11. After Siva Chandra (who was the son of Krishna Chandra) the son of Iswar Chandra, Son of Krishna Chandra ruled Nadia between the years 1788 to 1802.
12. Girish Chandra, The son of Iswar Chandra ruled between the years 1802 to 1842.
13. Sris Chandra, the son of Girish Chandra ruled between the years 1841 to 1856.
14. Satish Chandra, the son of Sris Chandra ruled Nadia after him between the year 1856 – 1870.
15. Khitish Chandra , the son of Satish Chandra ruled Nadia after him between the year 1890 – 1911
16. Khonish Chandra, the son of Khitish Chandra ruled between the years 1911 – 1928.
17. Sourish Chandra, the son of Khonish Chandra ruled between the years 1928-1996. He was actually the Maharaj Kumar of Nadia.
18. Soumish Chadra  , the son of Sourish Chandra ruled Nadia
19. Manish Chadra ,  The son of Soumish Chadra ruled Nadia. Probably he was the last king of Nadia.

Now , I think you understand how the nadiaraj dynasty comes along . However, Rudra Roy transferred his capital form matiyari to “Rauei” . Rudra Roy not only transferred his capital , but also changed his name to Krishnagar  according to the name of Sri Krishna . This king Mr.Rudra Roy had many queens. All queens also had sons and daughters. The song of 1st queen is Ramchandra and Ramjibon . He also have 2nd queen . The son of second queen Ramkrishna . For some days Ramchandra and Ramkrishna was the nadiaraj .

Krishna Chandra Roy born in the year 1710 and died in 1782. He was not  the last king of that dynasty , we can say he was last successful king of the dynasty . He ruled between the year 1728 and 1782. So, you can imagine how long his empire was. His office was actually at Krishnagar, Nadia, west Bengal , India. His reign was the remarkable chapter in Nadia raj dynasty. During the days of “Chiattorer monnontor” over thousands of people are died due to his failure reign . It was completely a tragedy for this governs. Krishna Chandra was also involved with betraying with the Nawab Sirajuddaula and that’s why he was also called “Nimokharam”(In hindi , it means who be-tray) . We are not sure, how it ended because I don’t had that much depth in Indian history and especially regional history.

However, the day of Krishna Chandra was not that bad as it sounds. He was the king who liked songs, singers, literature, architecture etc and more. He used to like to spend time with wise man, specially the Sanskrit people . Lots of poets like - Bharatchandra Raygunakar , Ramprasadh sen was also get valued in his court . He was also the king of Nawadip , Agradip , Kushdip and Chakradip . On the 23rd June , 1757 the middle age ended and modern age started and Krishna Chandra called “vikramaditya of Bengal( Bangla) “ . In that year Lord Claed gave him the title “Rajendra Bahadur” . Krishna Chadra Transferred his capital from Krishnanagar to Sivnibas for some reasons.

As stated in the above dynasty list , there were more kings then ruled after Krish Chandra Roy . All we know nothing is permanent and one day the Roy dynasty vanished. I am not sure of their generations still alive.

How marriage system is going end in 21st centaury

All we know the married system is being collapsed around the world. It is being destroyed by technology, science, advancement and many more. There are many factors that are effective our married life. Once this marriage system, the family system was invented in India and now it Indian marriage system is going to hamper a lot.

There are several factors that are damaging marriage system. According to me they are follows –

1. Why society when we have everything that fulfill the needs of society? We have tvs , games , music , movies and many more to entertain. We don’t want to go to hangout with your wife. This looks actually very odd and old system. 
2. Effective social system – We are going to have very effective social system. There are servants and people for all household works. To care children there are care takers. To cook food for you, there are servants. To clean house, to do daily buying’s for you, you don’t need any life partner. All you can do through paid servants. To raise your children, there are tuition teachers who are coming to your home, paying special attention to your children and generating fruitful results.
3. Technology enables us not to depend on others. We don’t need partners because of technology. In the past days, when the household works was being done by the homemaker and they are being replaced by technology. To clean your house use vacuum cleaner, to cook use micro ovens etc and many more.
4. We don’t need any more babies, we want technology and advancements – Today, and except few developed countries most of developing countries don’t really any more population. They require quality people. They require less people and more technology to develop missile system, space station, building high end computers. The human being is gradually being replaced by machines everywhere – no matter be it household works or any other works. Technology somehow is replacing teachers, books and more. When we need machines rather than human being then why family?
5. Human being aim is being changed. We don’t live in agriculture era. Once there was a saying “more child mean more working hands” is not valid anymore. We need less people and more machines. Because application of physical labor is not required. Application of mental labor is only required.
6. Due to woman empowerment, woman are not spending time in workplaces, motherhood is becoming just an option for us. It is an optional thing. A woman thinks if I cannot be part of motherhood, it does not matter. It’s better to put energy on professional things and earn money.

When the necessary of children decreases why marry? Just for physical thing? Sex? That’s too don’t need. Open Google and find best temporary wives in internet there. The wives too can find temporary husbands there. Now think about the situation – when you can get a husband or wife temporary and that is too very easily why waste time of life time commitment? This will answer your question very easily.
From scientific point of view, the more population is also a problem. The more population means more uses of minerals, more cultivation for corps, more energy, more foods, more cars, and more spaces. But our beloved planet earth has everything have limitation. Even if someone says you can mine helium in moon (because Helium is actually rare materials in earth but there are plenty of them in moon) but still you have to live in this earth. The more population means more cut of trees and build homes, factories etc. Look at the data which country does the most pollution? It is obviously china and India. The per head population is three  times more higher in USA than India but so many populations made China and India most two populous country in the world. If population is less, there more application to technology but quantity of technology will less . Let me get it into your brain. Air conditioners release CFC gas in the air, now how many Acs there will be in USA and India. No need to remind – it is of course India. So say a no to population in 21st century .

China’s one child policy would be the be the best in the world. Some says it just increased the number of aged people in earth. This sentence is right but in the other hand it is wrong. Look at the average age of the people in developed countries. Surprisingly, you will see the average age of American is more than Chinese. If age really a factor of today’s progress how America is progressing? The factor is not the age, the factor is the just the age . Today a country require to developed technologies to counter growth actually.  Mental labor is actually way more thing than physical labor.

I hope now you understand why marriage is actually optional today’s world.  If woman do more study and job she will have fewer babies. The quality of lifestyle will also increase. However, all this have some limitations. Human being is the biggest destroyer of the earth. It is the biggest criminal of 21st century. We rapidly cut trees and create more and more economy driven society. We focus more and more factory build up. We focus more offices , banks , more manufacturing and research industries as well.

Don’t know where this will end. I heard ones “how long we could push our technology forward ? “ , the answer is  “until they push back us”. Look forward meet that day.

Narendra Modi or Gandhi – why democracy failed in India

Narendra Modi or may be Rahul Gandhi – what everyone missed in the democracy. To know this read my article. Today, I am going to highlight the thing that is being missed by every single political party.

India is really a big country. It is a country that is home to thousands of languages. It is a country that has six seasons clearly visible and felt. It is the most diverse country in the world. It is the home of 1.25 billion people. Each and every state has different cultures, mother languages, landscapes and many more. Compare just adjacent states like – west Bengal and Bihar. How different they are. It is impossible to change India for one man. If India changes, it will change itself.

 My father, who is a retired railway service man, who used to serve for Kanchrapara railway workshop, kharagpur railway workshop and Jamalpure Railway workshop and worked more than 35 years in Indian railway. Since he was a railway man, we (Me, my elder brother and my mother) got opportunity to travel anywhere, anytime using railway. We did not lose this opportunity and did not misuse this as well. We travel across India. Travelled whole country and various states like – West Bengal( My motherland) , Madhya Pradesh , Uttar Pradesh , Tamil Nadu , Gujarat , Jammu and Kashmir  , Rajasthan etc and more. I have record of their cultures, likes & dislikes, goods and bads, their colors, their souls, their traditions and more. Needless to say, after visiting so many states with so many cultures, all these gave me much knowledge about India. And all this diversity makes India unique and absolutely different than rest of the world. India is the most vibrant country in the world.

However, this vibrant is not good today anymore. Vibrancy looks very interesting but when it is the matter of globalization, industrialization or development the work will be the hardest job in the world. You cannot tie them up in a single rhythm. Every Indian thinking their world differently. Since almost each state have different cultures, different mother tongues, every state different ecological structure and that’s why it is impossible to spread one idea to 1.25 billion.  Our democracy is a vibrant too. The bad news is that it is so much vibrant that cannot connect each and every Indian in a frame. While looking at china, Russia or United States you will easily say – “In united states all people is American, in china all people are called Chinese, in Russia all people called Russian. In case of India, all people are not Indian. If you say all them to Indian, this forcefully you are saying them Indian. In India, there are Bengalis, Punjabis, Tamils, Kashmiris, Muslims, Sikkimmse and so on” and that’s the most vibrant and most colorful India. There are lots of other differences as well. In each state there is state government who runs the state. The policies of state govt. are also different form each other states as well. This also includes the traffic rules (And its fines and sometimes laws and application of laws), education system, financial system etc and more.

To tie them in single knot, to bring a rhythm where Indians of all casts, languages and religions is quiet impossible. In 21^st centaury the race is for removing poverty, to decrease child death, to increase woman empowerment, to be the 1^st in face of being super power, to stay ahead of technological race etc. I believe India have solved each and every problem recently , today in 2017 India is getting much more transparent govt. , we have technology , we have computers , we have information technology , we have  high quality systems as well. I believe India has one and only one problem and if we could solve that problem probably we will find / get solutions of other problems as well. The name of the problem is poverty.  If India could decrease its poverty overnight, all other problems will also solved over night.

All the political parties in India really corrupted. In fact, the political system is corrupted. That’s why you will see corrupt politicians could win elections, they are getting public supports, and they are getting votes and finally win the elections. While the political system is corrupted, the whole govt. is running badly. There are bad policies in our economic system, education system, financial system etc. The only solutions to this I believe it is industrialization. Industrialization will help India to get richer. Today, a large number of young students are passing out of the college in each year. In fact, India has highest number of young, English knowing person in the world after United States. This large number of people requires lots of jobs and source of income. Rapid and extremely rapid growth of industries and mass job creation will help to get rid of this problem.

I have looked people support political parties since childhood. Though I was not authorized to vote election before 18, but I got maturity to understand the political system in India 5 years before than that age. Since I live in West Bengal, I have extremely clear idea of the political situation of west Bengal. The people here are actually stupid. They even don’t why a govt. is here for. They even don’t know what is the actually duty of govt. They don’t know the definition of corruption. They don’t know how budget and money are allocated to govt. and how they are utilized. Is the govt.  Duty to set up schools, toilets, colleges, universities or may be providing money in hospitals? I don’t think so. I do think the duty of a govt. is elsewhere. The poor and vast uneducated people of Bengal are just brain washed by the political leaders and they are giving vote to them. The kind of deaf and dumb people are also the reason of winning election of people having crime charges on them. The 2^nd point I must with you is the definition of corruption.  Like Modi have a charge of fueling Gujarat riots? However in the era of Monmohan Singh, we have 2G scam of worth 1.8 lakh core rupees – who is more corrupted? Modi or Monmohan?

Both are crime not corruption. The 2^nd one is actually corruption but the 1^st one is just a kind of crime. But crime requires proving as well. Our supreme court of India has judged the whole case of Gujarat Riots and proved Modi did not commit any crime. I wonder people still blame modi for the riots where is no evidence. In case of 2G scam there is clear evidence but to Indian 2G scam is not a crime or any kind of corruption. These kinds of differences are everywhere available in India and that is really bad for democracy. We need to know or understand the govt. duty what it is how we should deal with it.  In India people even don’t know what corruption is and what is not. What is crime and what is not. The newspapers in India are also another voice of the party. If any newspaper is not supporting party, they will be busy in picking up the fault of that party. In west Bengal, almost every newspaper is busy in talking against BJP (Bharatiya Janata Party) related, because they are just against that party. The biggest problem in India with the media is that they politically blind and they talk for a political party. They don’t spread news independently or democratically. They work as a extremely motivator to public.

Let’s now talk about Modi. All we know Modi is a good man. He is man work, he never misses his duty and he is extremely ambitious and hard worker. Since his election campaign starting in 2014, I am closely watching and analyzing all the movements, foreign trips and all other works. Modi was successful everywhere and I hope in future there will be more great achievements of Modi. However, all these political leaders have a simple lack of sense - what could actually improve India? To me it is Industrialization.  All the political leaders along with Modi failed to fix this simple issue. Today India requires lots of jobs and jobs.  The products that are imported should be manufactured here. The govt. should maintain and implement strategy so that 100% sold in India products are being made here.

I am not sure this problem will be solved anytime soon. You know for mass industrialization and job creation there should be reforms and lots of reforms. That requires lots of tough constitution changes, land reforms as well. Today the biggest problem with India that people doesn’t want to give up their lands but at the same time they want industries. I hope Modi would be looking into this problem in near future. Today there are “Made in China”. Likewise there should be “Made in India” as well. Recently Modi have implemented “Make in India” strategy however, I think that is more a failure and just a word. If there are really make in India slogan why govt. is buying billion dollar weapons from Russia, Israel, United states etc?  Why we can’t build aircrafts, airships? That is called a failure of politics and Modi should take a labiality of it.

After all again, I don’t think this problem will not solve anytime soon.
