What is ACMPR? Why we need to know this?
The full form of acmpr is access to cannabis for medical purpose regulations. Who can produce/ obtain medical marijuana?

He can sell to a hospital employee of that form or marijuana if the possession of the substance is for the purpose of and in connection with their employment. You can also sell a person to whom an exemption relating to the substance has been granted under section 56 of the Act and he can ship fresh or dried marijuana or cannabis oil to a health care practitioner.

Who can get license to produce marijuana?
To produce marijuana you must obtain a legal license form health Canada and to do that you must apply to health Canada with proper documents. In order to get approval from health Canada you must maintain some sort of terms, conditions and set of rules. A licensed producer of dried marijuana or cannabis oil could sell to a client of that producer or an individual who is responsible for the client or a hospital employee, if the possession of the substance is for the purposes of and in connection with their employment or a person to whom an exemption relating to the substance has been granted under section 56 of the Act. A licensed producer must produce, package or label cannabis only indoors and at the producer’s site. A licensed producer must store cannabis only indoors and at the producer’s site.  A licensed producer must store cannabis, other than marijuana plants, in accordance with the Security Directive.
